As Head of Sales (m/f/x) you are responsible for managing and acquiring partners from the media agency landscape as well as direct customers in the area of digital advertising. You develop advertising strategies, prepare presentations and pitch them towards your customers and potential new clients. You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and optimisation of campaigns in cooperation with our publisher and campaign management teams. Furthermore, you will have the following tasks:

  • You know the overall goals and execute local sales strategy
  • You establish sales processes and develop new market potential
  • You take care of existing key accounts and optimize framework parameters for ongoing successful cooperation with those
  • You develop deep knowledge & expertise around YOC programmatic offering and go to market strategy
  • You identify, evaluate and partner with new buying platforms (DSPs, ad networks etc.), and global buyers (agency trading desks / advertisers)
  • You communicate our products to potential customers and present YOC at events and trade fairs
  • You monitor relevant competitors and their market activity
  • You share your knowledge and experience with the team and by regular exchange with your international colleagues of the YOC Group
  • You have 4 + years of experience within a media sales or buying environment
  • You have profound programmatic sales experience
  • You bring comprehensive understanding of the media & programmatic marketplace and how it relates to advertisers, publishers and their objectives
  • You provide a proven track record for developing strong client relationships
  • You show very good analytical skills with strong ability to share insights that drive results and customer value
  • You have outstanding presentation skills
  • Ideally you have already gained leadership skills and experience in managing a team
